Automated chamber systems enable researchers to examine and understand temporal and spatial variation in GHG fluxes and their driving mechanisms. However, every field site and investigation is different and no single chamber design is perfectly suited to all studies.
That’s why Eosense developed two base extension options for our eosAC-LT/LO chambers (30 cm extension or a 70 cm extension). The base extension accommodates larger vegetation to measure NEE or ecosystem respiration from a wider variety of vegetation types at a given field site.
