This application note explains how to schedule chamber measurements and process flux data using a single eosAC soil gas flux chamber with a supported portable gas analyzer. Up to 12 chambers can be connected to a single gas analyzer via the eosMX recirculating multiplexer. However, for a single chamber setup the multiplexer is not required, decreasing the system cost and power consumption while increasing the portability.
